We are very proud to have achieved the 'Cymraeg Campus Siarter Iaith Silver Award' during the summer of 2025! We are now going for Gold! Well done to our wonderful school community for your commitment to the Welsh Language! 

2025-2026

Our Criw Cymraeg have come back this year very eager and raring to go! We have allocated roles and they have already started working towards this year's targets.

This year we have set ourselves these targets:

1. To achieve our 'Cymraeg Campus Gold Award'

2. To make links with another school to develop our Welsh.

3. To involve parents and the community in Welsh events at school.

AUTUMN TERM

The Criw Cymraeg have regular jobs such as changing the 'Cwestiwn yr Wythnos' (Question of the Week) and introducing it in assembly, setting the Welsh dinner menu, monitoring Helpwr Heddiw sessions, rewarding the use of Welsh in school.....and many more!

This term they have supported the organisation and running of the Macmillan coffee morning, encouraging the use of Welsh where possible. Thank you to everyone who attended and for your generous donations of cakes.
